The Kaulitz twins have kept a majority of their personal life out of the tabloids. Tom has admitted that he's single and is also the playboy of the group. He claims he doesn't have time for girlfriends. Even though, he has been seen in many photos messing around with all types of girls.

-Bill says he often has the same dreams as his brother. 
-Tom and Bill both got their first kiss from the same girl when they were ten, though Bill got it one day later.
-When Bill and Tom both like the same girl, they let her choose.
-He is single; according to him, "Unfortunately... Contrary to his brother Tom, he looks for something steady in girls. Looks don't matter too much to him ("There are so many sweet girls!"): as long as a girl is witty, spontaneous and has a powerful look to her eyes (and preferentially doesn't bite her nails), everything's good. 
-Bill would never take girls with him (i.e., for sex) after a concert.
-Bill will flirt, but only with body language.
-According to himself, his tongue piercing isn't a problem when it comes to kissing. I'd still like to try that out, just to make sure.
