What exactly happened in Miami? Did Bill suddenly get a rastafari/hippie kick and wanted to paint his eyelids red and get dreads (which looks kinda fake btw.. The white stuff is hanging all alone looking like plastic while the top of his head has like normal hair. WTF?!)
